Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them any time to my agent (Vietnam and China) according to the following policy.

1. Products were not used, remained the original
2. If products are defective (tangle, shedding, …) due to manufacturing process
After receiving products, we will conduct the test. If the product complies with my company’s policy, we will refund you IMMEDIATELY.
